We, Epos Agency GmbH, collect, process and use your data only in the course of processing the contractual relationship, for the agreed purposes or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the DSGVO. Data processing is carried out in compliance with the provisions of data protection, civil and professional law.

We only collect personal data that is required for the implementation and processing of our services or that is provided to us voluntarily.

Personal data are all data that contain individual information about personal or factual circumstances, for example name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number and photos.

2. information and use of the data

If there are any changes to your personal data, please inform us accordingly.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Deletion will take place in accordance with the provisions of point 7. of this declaration. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for this.

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, unlawful or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

Notwithstanding efforts to maintain a reasonably high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be excluded that information you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by others.

5. youtube
Our site uses the provider YouTube LLC , 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the integration of videos. Normally, when you call up a page with embedded videos, your IP address is already sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have embedded our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google’s Double Klick service, but personal data is not evaluated in the process, according to Google’s privacy policy). This means that YouTube no longer stores any information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video).

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube. You can find more information in YouTube’s privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. In addition, we refer to our general presentation in this privacy policy for the general handling and deactivation of cookies.

6. disclosure of data mishaps

We strive to ensure that data breaches are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant supervisory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.

7 Retention of data

We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any liability claims.

8. deletion of data

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to rectification, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing, and blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissible data.

9. our contact details
The protection of your data is particularly important to us. We are always available for your questions or revocation under the contact information listed in the header.
